We collaborated with Ornella aka She Killed Art to exhibit her photo series, Songs 4 U.
Artist Statement:
For the past year I’ve played with this concept & had it be a shadow in my head for a while. I had the privilege to witness an emo ass idea that came to me one day while being in my silly little feelings, come to fruition in the most authentic way. I’m the most grateful to my team that reflected the same amount of love & enthusiasm for this project than I did, and through this process I got to experience I completely new facette of love & community that I had never felt before.
Songs 4 u is that story you play before you go to sleep. Songs 4 u is the language we speak, the words we don’t say. Songs 4 u is also love, in a weird kinda way.
